Try this…Yum!

About a month ago, my hubby and I managed to get away for the weekend without our kiddos. We stayed in a hotel, ate delicious food, and got to see a concert that we were really excited about. NEEDTOBREATHE!!

It was a great weekend! The time away as a couple, the food, the concert was all great! But interestingly enough…the take away for the weekend was something we drank! We both decided that we MUST try this at home. We thought we knew what it was…so convinced in fact that I bought all the “necessary” ingredients and Dan tried it last night. NOT GOOD. We were wrong.

Ok, now you want to know what it is, right?

Grapefruit soda! Yes, it was divine. We ordered like 6 or them…at $3.50 per drink. Eek.

Recipes we tried…

Last night we tried grapefruit juice and soda water…not it.

Today we tried grapefruit juice and Sierra Mist…also not it.

Tonight I “googled it”. And guess what! I found the exact recipe! Duh…why didn’t I do that earlier.

So if you want to try something special and yummy…check this out.
